i've gotta let go,
of all the baggage i carry,
the weight of the past,
lies heavy on my shoulders,
my ankle chained to the manacle,
dragging me down,
to the depths of the ocean.
forgiving myself,
and breaking free,
of all that i hold close to me,
finally im soaring high,
on the wings of a butterfly :)
