life so fleeting and so short,
forgiveness found and love lost,
feelings abound of regret,
life's lesson i'll never forget.
heart breaking tears that hath no end,
everything that flys has to land,
trying to find its meaning,
in something so unnerving.
there is no room for hate,
everything is a little too late,
my life in the hands of fate,
while you wait smiling at the eternal gates.
